West Haverstraw Roller Hockey Rink Pecks Pond Directions to rink--the rink is located off Railroad Avenue in West Haverstraw. From the south take Route 9W to Railroad Avenue in West Haverstraw, turn right onto Railroad, pass over the train tracks and about 1/4 mile on the right before the sharp left is Pecks Pond--rink is up behind pond. From the north just make a left onto Railroad and the rest is the same. (About 20 minutes South of Poughkeepsie, 20 minutes East of Newburgh and the NYS Thruway & 30 minutes West of Danbury, CT). East Fishkill Roller Hockey is a USA Hockey Inline sanctioned league.  Our rink is located outdoors on recreation property owned by the Town of East Fishkill; in the hamlet of Hopewell Junction. Our rink surface is asphalt with a tennis court type smooth finish applied. The rink boards are wood with the internal surface covered with polyethylene boards. The rink is 185 feet X 85 feet. The game in East Fishkill is played with a Z-puck. Games are played in a 4 on 4 format plus a goalie. Specific. Taconic Parkway North to Route 52 exit , (this is the first exit past  Interstate 84 going North). Turn left on Route 52  and go approximately 1/3 mile. Then  turn right on Route 376. In 2.1 miles turn right into Hopewell Recreation Park. The road is labeled "Donald Way"   Follow this road around to the left past swings  to find the rink. Morris Park Rink. It's in  Loreto Park in the Bronx. For GPS or Mapquest use intersection of Morris Park Ave & Tomlinson Ave. From Ossining and 9A: Merge onto NY-9A South.  2.6 mi Merge onto TACONIC STATE PKWY S toward NEW YORK CITY.  2.4 mi TACONIC STATE PKWY S becomes SPRAIN BROOK PKWY S.  12.9 mi SPRAIN BROOK PKWY S becomes BRONX RIVER PKWY S.  6.0 mi Take the PELHAM PKWY exit, EXIT 7E.  0.2 mi Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto US-1 N/BRONX AND PELHAM PKWY E. Continue to follow BRONX AND PELHAM PKWY E.  0.8 mi Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto PELHAM PKWY S.  0.1 mi Turn RIGHT onto WILLIAMSBRIDGE RD/JUDGE BENJAMIN F NOLAN WAY.  0.5 mi Turn RIGHT onto MORRIS PARK AVE.  0.1 mi Arrive at MORRIS PARK AVE & TOMLINSON AVE <<<<< Or this may be easier >>>>>> From  Merritt Pkwy/Hutchinson River Pkwy.
